At Lunedi, Stanislav oversees the company’s investment strategy and fund operations, focusing on late-stage private equity ( pre-IPO ) opportunities in transformative industries such as fintech, AI, blockchain, and quantum technologies. Irina holds degrees in finance and management, is a certified tax consultant, and has completed the CMA program (Institute of Management Accountants, USA). Julia is an accomplished professional in international investment structuring, legal compliance, and fund operations, with more than 20 years of experience in global financial markets. She has played a key role in establishing and managing investment companies and funds across multiple jurisdictions, guiding them through U.S. SEC and European regulatory frameworks — from initial registration to successful strategic sale or investor payout. Her career includes leadership roles at top-tier management companies, a global broker, a major exchange, and a multi-asset fund platform, giving her a comprehensive understanding of global finance.
Beyond her legal and regulatory expertise, Julia has extensive experience in operations management, product development, financial oversight, and process automation. She has led the design and implementation of complex financial and IT infrastructures, including exchanges, depositories, brokers, and marketplaces.

Her career spans senior roles at major international banks (with assets under management exceeding $5 billion), prime brokers, and investment platforms covering private assets, infrastructure, commodities, alternative energy, IT, and emerging logistics technologies. She has also managed product and marketing operations for fintech and asset management companies, guiding multi-jurisdictional projects as a product owner.
Building on this extensive background, Anna developed strong expertise in modern technologies, AI applications, and quantitative analytics, integrating data science and automation into product and decision-making processes.
